Jessie J The Voice and Unreleased Jessie J Songs!

The magic of Jessie J this week. I thought we would take a look at UK The Voice and some unreleased Jessie compositions that could possibly be on her second album. We might just flashback to last years Teenage Cancer Trust show that she will be appearing at again this year as well. I know she did perform at the launch of a Vitamin Water product during the week but so far hav'nt seen any clips from this, only pics.

During the first blind auditions for the voice, two of the contestants sung Jessie compositions. The first Jessica Hammond did Price Tag and she chose Jessie as her coach. The second J Marie Cooper did Mama Knows Best,  and although Jessie wanted her on her team, she surprisingly chose Will I Am.This is our first clip for this week.

The following is the opening to the show with the four coaches Tom Jones,Will I Am,Danny O'donoghue and our girl Jessie J performing the Will I Am penned I Gotta Feeling. Just love the look on Tom's face when Jessie joins in,he is blown away!

Now to some unreleased Jessie tracks one of my favorites is Without You, not her cover of the Guetta/Usher track but an original written by Jessica Cornish herself!

Another fun track apparently written when she was seventeen is Run Baby, a sweet track but really can't see it being on the second album, even though some her fans are pushing for it to be!

Our third and final unreleased track is Fast Lane. I have a feeling this may have been written by her, around the time she broke back at the end of 2010 but thats just a guess.

The beautiful Jessie J after the Vitamin water launch earlier this week!

Last years Teenage Cancer Trust performance by Jessie J. She is performing again this year on April 1st with her new love in her life Tinie Tempah so if you can get to see her, you wont be sorry, she is one amazing live performer.

The Old Lady of Copacabana

She was standing on the sidewalk of Atlantica Avenue with a guitar and a hand-written sign that said:

“Let's sing together.”

She began to play alone. Then a drunk arrived, and another old lady and they began to sing along with her. In a short time a small crowd was singing together and another small crowd played the audience, applauding at the end of each song.

“Why do you do this?” I asked between songs.

“I don’t want to be alone,” she said. “My life is very lonely, just like almost all old people.”
If only everyone solved their problems like that.
